FitSpace is an online marketplace connecting users with fitness and wellness experts for live virtual classes. Our platform serves the US market only.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — name and email address provided at signup.
Payment information — processed by Stripe. FitSpace does not store raw payment card numbers.
Booking data — which classes you've booked, payment status, and class join links.
Expert information — bio, specialization, categories, and meeting links provided by Experts.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process class bookings and payments through Stripe.
To send booking confirmations and class join links by email.
To connect users with appropriate Expert classes.
To improve platform reliability and user experience.

4. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. FitSpace does not store credit card numbers or bank account information. Full financial data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only in these circumstances:

With Stripe — for payment processing.
Legal obligations — when required by law or court order.
Service providers — hosting and email delivery under strict data handling agreements.

We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers or third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking and payment records are retained for at least 7 years for accounting compliance. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@fitspace.app.

7. Data Security

We use TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit. Database access is restricted to authenticated services. Payment data is secured by Stripe's infrastructure.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@fitspace.app. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

FitSpace's services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
