1. About FitSpace

FitSpace is a platform that connects users with independent fitness and wellness experts ("Experts") across the United States. We facilitate class bookings, handle payments, and connect students with live online sessions.

2. Services

FitSpace enables Experts to list live online classes across five categories:

• Fitness — HIIT, strength, cardio, and general workouts.
• Yoga & Flexibility — yoga, stretching, and mobility sessions.
• Nutrition — guidance from dieticians and nutrition specialists.
• Pre/Post Pregnancy — safe movement and wellness for expecting and new mothers.
• Wellness — mindfulness, stress management, and general well-being.

All classes are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. No physical location is involved.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed immediately after payment. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual Experts. FitSpace is not liable for Expert-initiated cancellations, though we will work to resolve disputes in good faith.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. FitSpace processes all transactions in USD. Upon successful payment, you will receive the Expert's class join link by email.

5. Expert Conduct

Experts on FitSpace are independent contractors, not employees. They are responsible for the content and quality of their classes, maintaining accurate class descriptions, and honoring scheduled sessions. FitSpace reserves the right to remove Experts who violate our community standards.

6. User Responsibilities

By booking a class, you agree that: (a) you are 18 or older, (b) you are physically able to participate in the activities offered, and (c) you assume all risk associated with physical fitness activities. Consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitSpace acts as an intermediary between users and Experts. We are not liable for personal injury, health outcomes, or service quality beyond facilitating a resolution. All service disputes should be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled class time.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Class join links are shared only with confirmed, paid participants.

9. Account Termination

FitSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the community.

10. US Market Only

FitSpace operates exclusively in the United States. All prices are in USD. Services may not be available outside the US.
